CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE ICLR (twaddington@iclr.ca) BEFORE APRL 1, 2008 FOR A FULL REFUND LESS AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $75.00 (CAD).
