ICFM5: Booth and Exhibition

NEW Announcement for Poster Presentations and Booth preparation NEW

1. Poster presentation :

(1) All the abstracts accepted for the poster presentation will be published in the Conference proceedings;

(2) The posters will be displayed with good visibility in the ICFM5 on September 28 and 29; at Akihabara UDX Next1.

(3) The maximum poster size is A0 (W: 841 mm , H: 1170 mm). We would like to suggest to use double-stick tape which will be provided by secretariat. We will prepare an exhibition panel: W90cm×H180cm

(4) Timing to put your poster: 15:30-17:30 on September 27^th or from 9:00-9:30 on September 28^th at the venue. Please refer your number on the list (PDF file).

(5) Timing to remove: 15:15- 16:00 on 29th

The ICFM5 Secretariat is accepting proposal for booth exhibition at the time of ICFM5. Please download and complete the application form in English or Japanese. Please send the completed form to ICFM5 Secretariat at info@ifi-home.info or fax it to +81 29 879 6709. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any inquires.

Important Notice, August 18 Application for Booth A and B are closed and we could accept only application for Poster (one panel for the poster exhibition)

Facilities and Charges

The booth charges are for two days (Sep.28-29). Users can start setting up their booths in the afternoon of September 27. Booths must be cleared by 17:30 on September 29. For any other inquiries, please contact the ICFM5 Secretariat.
